Rental Rates:
We accept payments in the form of UK£ bank transfer, US$ checks or Paypal.
Our weekly rates are as follows:
September through April* – £700/$875 per week
May & June – £750/$950 per week
Jul & Aug – £800/$1000 per week
*Christmas/New Year/Easter – £800/$1000 per week
Pool Heat – £105/$140 per week (recommended)
A fully refundable Security Deposit of £150/$225 per week will be added to your booking.
Minimum Stay of Seven Nights: –
A surcharge of 4% will be added to payments via Paypal.

A lovely spot to watch the sun set after a hard day at the Parks or Shopping, or to spend a day relaxing & chilling out (a removable child safety fence for around the pool to protect the little ones is available).
