“We had booked the property some time ago and the owners were extremely quick at keeping us informed.
We flew into Miami and the airline lost my wife and sons bags, and we did not get them returned to us until 3 days before we came home.
We spent some nights travelling around Miami and the Keys, when we arrived at the villa, it was honestly like arriving at a very thoughtful friends house.
Very easy directions, straight forward getting keys.
The house is in a great location, with many restaraunts and shops with 2-5 mins drive.
We love Logan’s it’s lovely there and we ordered hungry howies pizza and Chinese to be delivered. Very easy to do.
The house is a large open plan property, what makes it suitable for large families, comfy furniture and beds. Great wifi access, lots of channels on tv, even a I pod dock.
The pool was just lovely and warm, large enough for a good swim, brilliant hot tub, so relaxing. And what a view, the lake and sunsets every night, your not overlooked by other villas of which is great.
We would every night swim in the dark and a cocktail in the hot tub.
Now to the clever bits, some people would say OCD with the little labels on some things, but I would say genius, you don’t notice them, until you need something, then there there to help you, the four drawers on the island, with little labels you can’t see until up close , with things like , takeaway menus, and other handy things.
People over time have left things like, ponchos, sun tan lotions, shampoos, nail polish remover, coffee filters, hair straighteners all the things that you might need. And that was lovely that people had that attitude, that it might help the next people in. And for us to have them things, when we had lost them all in the lost suitcase.
We left some beers in the fridge, for the next people, lovely ethos.
So we would without hesatation go back already planning next year, if there’s any dates left ha ha.

“Well, once again we really enjoyed staying in your beautiful home from home, there have been a few subtle changes to some areas. No fish in the lake due to the addition of a 4ft alligator, which comes and goes. We hope to be back again for our 6th time to this villa. Although we have been coming to Florida for about 18 years this is by far our favourite villa. Thanks a million.”

“This is the second time we have stayed in this villa. Having holidayed in Florida many times, this is by far the best villa we have stayed in.
The villa is clean, well equipped and well located for the parks/restaurants/shops. Extra thought has clearly been taken to ensure guests have everything they need.
The villa is located on a very quite estate and the lake it sits on makes it extra special (breakfast by the pool with the ducks was a must for us each day)
The owner is very helpful, promptly dealing with queries and has even very kindly arranged the return of some property we accidentally left behind.
I would definitely recommend this villa and its owner to anyone looking to rent a villa in Orlando.”
“we absolutely loved this villa. We have stayed in a few different villas but this was by far the best. The location is perfect. 15-2o minutes from Disney using the back roads so no big long queues of traffic, close to a Walmart (you could even walk there). We loved being close to places to eat, take always etc which meant my husband could wAlk and have a drink. The house its self was so well maintained. The master bedroom was huge so felt really special. The pool was a really good size and beautiful but one of the best things for us was the lake. Some mornings I would just go and sit by the lake and watch the ducks. It was nice to have that additional place to walk and sit other then the pool area. So peaceful. The balloons coming over the lake in a morning were stunning! Would never recommend something I didn’t really love. The owners were excellent as were the management company. Any questions just ask”
